As a buyer's agent you actually get to use my services for FREE!!

2.) What are my out of pocket costs?

Earnest money will typically be $500-$1000; Home Inspection $275 depending on square footage of the property; $350 for Appraisal. Costs can vary depending on the contractors you decide to use.

3.) What's the first step?

The first step in the home buying process is to get a formal approval from a mortgage company.

4.) Why a Realtor?

Realtor's have gone through formalized training in all aspects of your real estate transaction. There are many legal ramifications that Realtor's know because they are aware of the licensing laws that pertain to real estate transactions. Using a Realtor will save you both time, & money!
